THE Amiri Naval Forces celebrated the graduation of four officer candidates who took part in the 45-week long training course held at the Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth. Altogether 120 students from other countries took part in the training course.
The course included a preparatory course and an intensive foundation course in marine sciences. During their studies, the officer candidates received the latest qualification programmes to work in the marine environment to enable them to perform all the tasks assigned to them in the maritime work.
The ceremony took place at the College headquarters in Dartmouth, south west England, and was attended by a delegation from the Amiri Naval Forces including Brigadier General (Naval) Hamad Abdullah al Dosari, and Colonel (Naval) Nawaf Hassan al Naimi, assistant to the Qatari military attache in the United Kingdom.
