Tel Aviv: A well-known right-wing activist said she has been given a two-week restraining order after she vandalised the office of the EU’s embassy in Israel with red graffiti on Sunday night. Sheffi Paz, who is a vocal anti-migrants activist, told dpa on Monday that she turned herself into the police after she and bereaved mother Meirav Hajaj spray-painted the words “EU get out” and “German money kill Jews” (sic) on the outside of the EU office in Ramat Gan near Tel Aviv. In a video filmed during the act of vandalism, and published by Israel media, Paz said: “Stop interfering in domestic policies, stop subsidizing terrorists, stop financing illegal immigration or get out of Israel.” Hajaj said: “Your money finances the murder or our children.
