The Qatar Chamber’s Registration and Membership Committee recently held a meeting to review many issues.
The meeting was chaired by QC Second Vice Chairman and Chairperson of the Committee Rashid bin Hamad al Athba and attended by members of the committee, QC said in a statement on Sunday.
The meeting reviewed results of the chamber’s recently-launched electronic system to evaluate customer satisfaction with the services provided by the chamber to its members.
The results showed a high level of satisfaction, which reached 80 percent, and this system will be updated to include more detailed questionnaires, QC said.
The meeting discussed means of informing the chamber’s members on the services it offers to the business community.
Members of the committee stressed the importance for the chamber to adopt new mechanisms to help members learn about its services offered by the chamber locally, regionally and globally, as well as adopting new mechanisms to develop the work of the committee.
